Hotel is located in a great part of Venice, 10min of slow walk to the center, great restaurant right across the street. We've booked a room for 3 nights with breakfast which was satisfying with lots of pastries and local food although there was no vegetables or fruit. I recommend this hotel due to its price and value ratio. Our room was in Pantalon hotel, we needed late check in and staff was extremely helpful and kind, thanks to Emilia! Our stay was very pleasant. Keep in mind that when it's cold outside you need to close the window covers

Located in the heart of Venice

Buffet breakfast, very average, they wouldn’t even make toast when asked. Needs a refurb. Note for the mobility challenged, there are a lot of stairs and if you have luggage, very difficult to get to your room. On the plus side, great location, near restaurants and visitors sites, definitely take mosquito spray.

The scenery of Venice is great. This hotel is located in the center of the main island, and it is relatively convenient to walk anywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The hotel is relatively old (all hotels on the island are old buildings), so there is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs with your luggage to the room.

The location is not very central but sufficient. There are towels in the room as well, so don't expect anything else. Unfortunately, its ventilation is not very good. In 2024, it would be better to use a ready-made duvet and a cover instead of using sheets under the blanket. There is no way a blanket can be hygienic. It's not bad, but I don't feel like calling it good either, because it's a hotel that could be better.

The quilt smells bad in the rainy season, and there is little breakfast.

I enjoyed the location making it easy to walk to some sights and being near a vaporetto stop. The breakfast was nice having a few options.

Tivoli Hotel made my time in Venice very nice. The hotel itself is located close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to many different attractions or water taxi. The room met all of my needs for the trip and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast every morning was an added treat.

Small family friendly hotel. The breakfast was great and it is served until 10:30am, it has a little bit of everything. They made us an espresso shot along with our coffee. Very clean, even smelled like bleach when we arrived. It’s safe with a locked door to get in.

Staff was great and accommodating. Rooms and furniture definitely need’s upgrade. Management definitely needs to provide more soap and shower gel for price they charge per night. Breakfast was really good, freshly baked croissants and pastries were delicious. Overall I would definitely recommend but keep in mind second floor is really the third.

Cute basic hotel for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and breakfast selection was very good.

Wonder stay with a friendly family to welcome you in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh croissants and delicious fresh meats and cheese! Great variety and selection. Room was comfortable, clean, and the a/c worked well, especially since it was hot in Venice when we visited. Highly recommend staying here! Belissimo!

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice, close to everywhere. I found here everything I needed. It was my second stay in this hotel. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast rich enough for my needs. All areas of the hotel including my room were very clean. I would stay here again.

Fantastic place. I regret not staying longer.
