This turned out to be a gem of a hotel. I was traveling alone and so booked a room w an external bathroom. Everything was cozy, clean and comfortable. And again, very clean. The people at the hotel were very friendly and incredibly helpful. And the location is superb. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the bathroom in the room type booked is a bit inconvenient outside the room, the bathroom is independent for use, ensuring hygiene. Service: The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and make one's trip feel warm. When I arrived on the first day, the guy at the front desk carefully showed me the location of the hotel room and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. Before I left, my grandfather taught me how to protect my bag from being stolen. Everyone was so lovely and I had a good impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, I don't speak Italian, so I can't always reply, but thank you very much.

The location is good, but the facilities and cleanliness are not good. I stayed there because it was cheaper than the surrounding areas. City taxes are only accepted in cash, so I quickly found the money. Breakfast is simple, and considering the price, it's okay to stay. It's hard to recommend staying longer than that if you're only planning to stay for a day or two. It would be better to go to the outskirts of Venice or pay a little more and go somewhere else. I liked that it was close to tourist spots. There is no elevator, so be careful if you have heavy luggage. The hotel staff were very kind and I was happy with their hospitality.
