Modern, stylish, very clean, great facilities. From Sta Lucia Train Termini is only approx 10 mins(slow) walk away…and centre of San Marco is 10-15 mins away. Staff were extremely helpful and they’re happy to assist in any way. A real gem in Venice! I can highly recommend it.

About 10 mins walk from main station. Has a coop just opposite hotel.

Nice hotel, overall is clean and the location is very nice. You may find a lot of restaurant around the hotel and is very convenient to go to the nearest water-bus.

The location of this hotel is very good. There are several restaurants at the door. It is clean, has lifts and free slippers. The breakfast buffet is acceptable. 

From St Lucia train station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. Venice is full of scenery, the alleys, bridges, rivers, and boats are all beautiful. The hotel itself booked a small suite, and the room and breakfast were pretty good.

The hotel has a good location in the center of Venice and nice rooms, but their service is terrible. The ** at the front desk didn't try to help us with toothbrushes because he didn't seem to want to answer calls from any room for help. The hotel staff is more interested in when you leave and calls at 12 noon to tell you that if you don't see you in 10 minutes, you will be charged for an extra night. Bad attitude, no courtesy, repeated threats, and tough hanging up. I think they are not trying to run a 4 star hotel, but the largest prison in Venice. The funny thing is that the front desk staff is very eager to tell you what the law is, but he himself doesn't know much. Overall, good hardware facilities, bad service. If you are angry today and want to find someone to quarrel, this hotel is a good choice for you

Great experience with Hotel Aquarius. 10 min walk to train station. 10 min walk to Rialto bridge - another 10 min to walk to St. Mark's Square. Located in a charming square with some good dining options and shops.

The hotel is very modern. It is a renovated palace that was opened in 2020 right before covid. The service at the front desk was outstanding. We were given a lot of practical advice on how to see and experience Venice. The restaurant recommendations they gave were outstanding. the hotel is located next to a good gelato shop, which was a plus.
