The reception was very welcoming. The hotel is in a good location. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the water bus and only 2 minutes to walk from Piazza San Marco. Breakfast was in a restaurant with a very Venetian feel. The experience was very good👍

The hotel's location is excellent, just around the corner from St. Mark's Square. Of course the rooms require renovation, but everything is clean, linen, towels, everything is new. Good cosmetics in the room. They cleaned every day, quickly and well. I especially want to mention the staff, who were at their best on any issue, very polite and friendly, ready to help with everything. Only positive impressions from your stay at the hotel

Everyone working at the hotel is friendly and cooperative.
Recommended if you are traveling alone
The room is small but nice because it has a window.
The bathroom is small, but it can be tolerated in Venice.

I visited the hotel a few years ago, and it underwent a transformation, for the better, that fuses the Venetian classic with the modern. The service is very good. In addition to breakfast, they offered us a thea time at 4:00 p.m. I have nothing to object. Bright. We will be back.
