The hotel has a bit of a palace feel and is quite convenient from the train station. The hotel is located in the center, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping around. The room is quite large and the service is good.

Big pit! The hotel is not big, but there is an open bar in the middle that is open until midnight. The night I checked in, a group of people (with North American accents) were drunk and loud for an hour. It was not until I called the front desk to complain that it ended. Hotels are for people to rest!

Staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations. Room was amazing! Breakfast spread was huge and very tasty :) We love the location too, 7min walk to water bus places like San Marco G and Rialto. Very walkable to famous landmarks, and many food and shops around.

The location is good. The attractions are within walking distance. Food and drinks are very close. The room is also relatively large.

The location is excellent, just one minute walk to Piazza San Marco... There is a water taxi pier to get in and out of the hotel to the airport or train station, which is very convenient and saves the trouble of dragging luggage. The breakfast is OK and the air conditioning is sufficient, which is very important in the summer in Italy.

The toilet bowl was moldy, and there was only one front desk staff member who could not provide cleaning at night, so guests had to do it themselves, which was terrible! The handsome Alia at the bar was very good and actively provided help beyond her job responsibilities!

The room is large and has a bathtub. The hotel is kept very clean. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The location is close to St. Mark's Square. But pushing luggage is still a bit troublesome.
