We cannot recommend Hotel Casa Petrarca enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, but the host’s dedication truly stood out on our departure day. Valentina went above and beyond, personally walking us to the water taxi and ensuring we got on in time to catch our flight, as there had been an issue contacting our original pre booked water taxi company. This level of care and attention is something we’ve never experienced before and made our trip even more special. The hotel’s location is ideal—right in the heart of Venice, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major sights. The room size was perfect, offering a little seating area to relax after a day exploring. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Venice!

I booked this as a surprise for our 1st year wedding anniversary and I couldn’t have been happier with the communication, help and support from the 1st time we spoke to the last. Valentina and all the staff were extremely accommodating, kind & helpful. Everything about casa petrarca is ideal. Location and character is spot on with a more than pleasant breakfast and amenities ! We will certainly recommend to everyone and hopefully won’t be too long until we’re back exploring the lovely sites and surrounding areas Venice has to offer, using Casa Petrarca as our home from home ! I stayed for 3 days in this hotel managed by Mrs. Valentina with efficiency and friendliness. The room was very nice with 3 windows overlooking the canal where the gondolas were frequently seen. Very close to Piazza S. Marco, I could easily reach every important site in the city. Maximum cleanliness and great availability of Mrs. Valentina to give useful advice and solve any type of need. On the day of departure he allowed me to leave my suitcase in the hotel and, if I needed it, to use the bathroom. On a next trip to Venice I will definitely return here.

I do recommend casa Petrarca. The location could not be better. Everything is so close. Our room was very spacious, we had two great views. One to a small canal, and the other to the street. We had comfy beds, and two chairs from where we could see the gondolas passing by. I got the room I requested Valentina. I was so happy when she reserved that room for us. Casa Petrarca was spotless, very clean. Valentina was a great host, always attentive and friendly. She recommended us places to go and restaurants when we asked about them. Thank you Valentina for a wonderful stay! We will visit again!!

Hospitality, availability and kindness are the order of the day. Shiny rooms and bathroom. Valentina made us feel at home, she recommended various places to visit and restaurants to dine in... everything to help us make the most of our short holiday.
