What an incredible stay. We stayed here 5 nights in the Christine de Pizan suite. The suite was incredible with views of the garden and Grand Canal beyond. The common areas are palatial and private. Plenty of spaces to find privacy inside and out. The breakfast was excellent and made to order every day. But it was the service that made the stay. Our flights were cancelled do we needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate us even though they are a small hotel. They also were able to find us a different suite when the one we had selected did not have a walk in shower. I can’t thank the manager and staff for all their help and care. It really made our trip!! Thank you!!

We book our stay thru American Express travel. We were so happy with the choice! This was the best stay in all Italy! The crew was the most profesional, the most courteous and smiling we encountered in our trip; I am talking about from the front desk, the doorman, the wait staff and the housekeeping and not to forget the lovely manager. The food was out of this world. We did not try the Michelin restaurant, but the Glam bistro was so delicious! The sumptuous pasta dishes, the marvelous tiramisu and the tastiest toasted bread ever. At breakfast time, the eggs Benedict were scrumptuous!! so fresh and you could taste the fresh lemony taste of the hollandaise. Staff so helpful and smiling! Sure, we would have loved a better bed (a bit to soft for us), but it was fine. We came by boat as we had a few luggage and the front desk crew came out to welcome us. So many restaurant close to the hotel as well; but remember Venice is a city where you must walk a lot to discover. We had dinner twice at the hotel. We tried once and we had to go back. Thank you to the staff for such a memorable stay.
