Very close to the pier. The room with a view of the sea is beautiful. The sofa in the suite can be turned down to make a bed. The breakfast is very rich and super delicious. Most of the tourists are from the West.

The hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee.
Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke.
All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.

"This hotel may seem a little outdated from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and clean. Surprisingly, there is very little noise despite the close proximity to the harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection includes plenty of healthy options (and some unhealthy ones if you prefer). The breakfast terrace outside, situated next to the canal, is beautiful. I absolutely recommend this place.

I want this hotel all to myself. Many times I have stayed at this hotel and always had excellent and friendly service. The position on the lido is fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace looking towards Venice can't be bettered. Great selection for buffet breakfast, even the coffee from machine was good.

Prima hotel mooie ligging aan de lagune naast de vaporetto. De inrichting is klassiek truttig Italiaans. Het ontbijt is oké maar alleen witbrood..restaurant essenziale is prima en hotelgasten krijgen 10% korting. En het lido is een geweldig eiland. De badplaats van Venetië.

The Villa Laguna is a charming hotel overlooking the Venetian lagoon. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The suite was spotlessly clean, and breakfast on the terrace each morning was delightful. If you’re visiting Venice and looking for a place with fresh sea breezes, away from the throngs of tourists, hop on a vaporetto to Lido. I highly recommend it.

Good location, if you get the waterbus ticket for 24/48 hours you can just hop on and off whenever and to any location.
It is around €9 euros from the rialto to lido on the waterbus and if you are heading back to the airport you will need to get the waterbus aligiaro not the ACTV.
It is easy enough about an hour journey and the platform is by the other Lido water platforms.
Make sure you pre book a ticket or you can’t get on the waterbus to the airport as they check both ways. The ticket machine didn’t work for us so we had to do it online.
The hotel were very kind and left us a breakfast bag as we left around 6am! The view from the restaurant is amazing and the breakfast options are premium.
We had refills of tea bags and milk when asked at reception too.
