Even though the building is older, the rooms have been updated a bit. The room was very clean. The staff, from the lobby receptionist, restaurant staff, and maids were all very pleasant. Excellent service. The hotel is a hidden gem. Listening to the waves at night was so relaxing. In addition, the sea view was beautiful. This will be our new getaway!

This an old hotel needs serious updating and need to get rid of the 2 old chairs in the lobby they look dirty and worn out not a great impression when you first arrive. Sitting outside by the pool with the ocean right there is definitely enjoyable as well as the breakfast they offer in the morning. We did not eat at the restaurant for dinner but it did look nice and the guest that had eaten there indicated that it was a very nice meal and ambiance.

Beautiful view of the ocean, wake up to sounds of the ocean and birds. Nice patio, large pool and lounge chairs on a grassy overlook to the cliffs and ocean below. Older motel in need of some maintenance but clean and cozy, well worth the price. We stayed four nights. No elevator. Easy access to freeway.
