El hotel tiene Chinches, pésimo servicio de control de plagas, no hubo quien resolviera, solo nos cambiaron de habitación por otra igual, fui con mi familia reservamos 16 habitaciones, terrible experiencia, la alberca huele demasiado a químicos imposible que los niños se metan, excelente ubicación.

Absolutamente todo esta sucio, la alberca llena de tierra, oliendo horrible, parece abandonada. Todo desordenado, las sillas llenas de polvo, todo oscuro, de verdad se ve que en semanas nadie del personal había pasado por ahí. La habitación con las paredes manchadas, polvo por todos lados, Moho en el baño. En el elevador se abren las puertas cuando está en función, da miedo. Están en mantenimiento, pero no es justificación para que este tan sucio, porque el polvo que hay es de un lugar abandonado. No se ven canales, más que tv abierta. El personal super cortante, nada de amabilidad, groseros al contestar. En verdad es el peor hotel en el que he estado. JAMAS VOLVERÍA

Muy buena ubicado, se encontraba en remodelación por lo cual había un poco de ruido y polvo y el elevador llegó a fallar, pero en general muy buen servicio.

Excelente hotel, lo unico que faltaria para que diera una excelente calificación es que tuvieran aire acondicionado a control remoto y que todos sus cuartos cuenten con caja fuerte.

Las instalaciones un poco antiguas. Las cortinas se trasparenta todo, aguas si tienes intimidad por qué se ve todo por fuera. La persona de la noche se molestó cuando le dije que iba a salir a cenar y regresaba en la madrugada, quiero creer que se duermen a esa hora y no quieren abrir. Por qué me dijo que no regresara tarde y yo así de pues si yo estoy pagando por un servicio. La verdad espero no hospedarme de nuevo ahí
