Hotel molto bello , in posizione imbattibile di fronte l’imbarco dei traghetti per le isole borromee ed a circa venti minuti di cammino rapido dai giardini di villa Taranto. Camera vista lago dall’ arredamento classico ma molto confortevole. Colazione variegata ma secondo me da rivedere soprattutto nella presentazione dei piatti che risulta un po’ disordinata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

une bonne expérience au niveau de l'hôtel chambre très propre, et avec la chance d'avoir une belle vue sur le lac (au 4° étage) le bémol est sur le restaurant, car nous étions en voyage de groupe. Les produits semblaient être des conserves, la salle dédiée aux groupes est excessivement bruyante; le service pas toujours à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile ( un serveur en particulier, peu aimable et n'étant visiblement pas au fait des règles en matière de service...). Les sur-nappes étaient juste retournées après le repas, ce qui fait que le petit déjeuner s'est déroulé avec les tâches de vin du repas du soir précédant... décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie

Ottima accoglienza e professionalità di tutto il personale , bellissima la posizione , strategica per il centro città e per l’accesso all’imbarcadero proprio di fronte all’albergo.
Molto spaziosa la camera con fantastica vista lago da ammirare sia di notte che di giorno.
Di livello la colazione per varietà e qualità di cibo sia dolce che salato .

Hôtel correct mais plus spécialement dédié à la réception de groupes. En effet, l’insonorisation est tellement mauvaise que lorsqu’un groupe est au petit déjeuner (à partir de 7h), c’est tout l’hôtel qui est réveillé. Quant au bar, il est commun aux deux hôtels mais beaucoup trop exiguë. Au final, mon expérience est mitigée.

Das Hotel „San Gottardo“ sowie das Nachbar-Hotel „Belvedere“ sind beide ausgezeichnet. Wir haben je in beiden übernachtet und können diese sehr empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr heimelig und das Personal ist äusserst freundlich. Hervorheben muss ich das köstliche Essen, welches uns unter anderem auch ins Zimmer gebracht wurde (siehe Fotos). Vielen Dank dem zuvorkommenden Personal, das ist ausnahmslos ein Super Service.

Très bon hôtel. Je recommande. Le service et le personnel sont au top. L'emplacement en face de l'embarcadère pour les îles est idéal et si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse 👌. Bravo à tout le personnel
