PROS: Free wifi, valet and parking with EV charging. They offer a complimentary beverage (can have alcohol). The rooms are huge and beautiful (but a little dated). The spa is world-class. CONS: No one ever picks up the phone when you call for help before arrival and they are VERY slow to respond to email, if they do at all. This is painfully frustrating and what one would expect from a 2-start hotel. Once in your room, good luck getting through to the front desk, they NEVER pick up when you call them either so you have to walk to the front desk for every question you have. One of the elevators wasn’t working when we were there so you could not get to the lobby half the time without walking from the 2nd floor. The check-in is late in the day, at 4 pm and they kick you out at 10 am leaving very little time to enjoy what you are paying for. The cocktails are overpriced and way too sweet. We ended up sending them back. The food in the restaurant was bland or oversalted. They also now force you to stay 2 nights on the weekend. Gordon Ramsey needs to rip the owner(s) apart. Apparently, the owner micromanages the management, which is why the place is the way it is. Rebrand the restaurant and start from scratch. A place this nice with a world-class spa should have much higher reviews but it does not deserve them based on the other issues. Too bad, it could be so much better.
