Room was old have to step in the shower to get out of bathroom, no outlet near desk for laptop, floor grout and paint sloppy appeared to be dirt but just sloppy,

The reservation of the room indicated that there was a refrigerator and a microwave, when in reality there wasn’t any of the two in the room that was assigned to us.
