There was no hot water on the morning of 3/28.
Breakfast provided is very disappointing, many guests rather pay at dunkin than eat free at hotel

Check in was easy/quick. Staf have all been nice. Room was clean, air conditioner was quiet/big for me! Shower could use an update. Breakfast was very nice and Michelle was always making sure there was items were refilled quickly. She is a big !

Fairfield Inns jr. King suite was very comfortable and the people who work there were awesome. Microwave, refrigerator,
2 tvs, desk, and couch completed the suite. Not a separate room but there was some wall separation. Simple requests were done with smiles and their willingness to help in any way was much appreciated. The free breakfast was better than expected and the 24/7 coffee was also good. The place was clean and every time we left the room someone was cleaning something.

Nice and clean room with microwave and complimentary breakfast. Interconnecting rooms available. Good choice for family road trip with small kids. Rooms on the side closer to the road are a bit noisy in the morning but tolerable.

Stayed here , while seeing a show at turning stone . Our room had a great view of the towers to the ****** ! They offer a free shuttle for the ****** which was very nice ! Pool was closed which was upsetting , breakfast was good ! Very clean , staff was friendly!

I had booked a room for a wedding in and decided to add a day to my reservation. The original price for my Friday rental went from $199 to $360 by trying to add a date! I called the hotel to get the rate changed back to the original price and they would not do it. Why would a hotel change the price on a date that I had already locked in. This is terrible customer service and we now had to book a hotel 15 minutes further from the wedding venue #fairfiledinnverona

Loved how clean and secure this place was! Also loved the shuttle service to the ****** up until 2am! Everyone was friendly, food was yummy at breakfast, and the rooms were pretty quiet (couldn’t even hear the hockey and lacrosse teams that were staying there at the same time!)
