Overall value for money and great location, fee steps from the arena and main shopping street. Very spacious and helpful staff

Hotel is right on the main shopping district. It is 1min walk away from LV (start of the shopping street), and the Arena (mini colosseum). You have plenty of food choices here. Breakfast is served daily in the room, so you can have the comfort of eating in your PJ. Room is huge, so you have plenty of space for your luggage etc. cleanliness is good. Only small downside is, if you are a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the shopping district which typically ends around 11pm daily. I had a good 8 days stay here!

The hotel is centrally located, easy to find and has a terrace. The customer service staff are friendly. There is already a shopping street nearby with large shops and restaurants. Will stay again next time.

This is a fantastic hotel in Verona. The staff is wonderful. The room I was assigned was large and comfortable with a wonderful bathroom. The location is perfect. You can see the Arena from the hotel. I would happily stay again. Trust their recommendations.

The trip was lovely but for the price the hotel fell well below parr and somewhat put a dampener on our stay. The shower ceiling was mouldy, damp and peeling, shower floor was wobbley and uneven. There were disgusting splatters of unknown substances on the walls near the bins. The toiletries were not replenished, we had no spare hand soap or toilet paper.. good job we had tissues to hand! The wooden floor was terribly scuffed from the cheap chairs. The long window doors out to the balcony area did not lock properly therefore very drafty and incredibly noisy. Breakfast was forgotten on 1 day, we had to call and ask what had happened and were told our menu had been misplaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Avoid at all costs. Having spent a fair amount of tike in Verona I can see there is much better value for money elsewhere.

I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews but we found the hotel very nice. No odors no noise. We also had a very spacious room with plenty of space. Staff was kind and helpful. They recommended a great off site Parking garage. But be careful of the ztl when returning to pick up your luggage The upstairs breakfast has a great view. And although small it had a great number of options

We visited this hotel for the 4th or 5th time, we always were satisfied. But something had changed, we do not know why. Our welcome was fine, a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, just missing the cookies we had last year. We ordered the breakfast which is served on your room, and it was delivered next morning just in time. The scrambled eggs were nearly cold. In the afternoon coming back from town we missed new cleaned glasses, the used ones were not replaced, same with empty shower gel, we had to ask for nearly everything. The rest was okay, but nobody asked for our satisfaction at any time, even the departure. In the room we also had the impression that there’s the necessity for some renovation, even at some walls and the fridge with its door not closing properly. Being honest, we spent around 500 € (!) per day for b&b here! So this time we left Verona and the hotel not knowing whether we would come back in future.

Hotel in a great location, rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were fabulous—a particular shot out to Nico, who provided exceptional service through our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Verona

Right next to the ancient arena and just about walking distance to all the important sites in Verona, this hotel boasts of very SPACIOUS rooms and the front desk officer named Cristina, when we checked in late was super helpful. I wish all hotel staff were as excellent as she is 🤗

Great hotel, amazing location in the historic center of Verona only a few steps from the arena. The staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable and also had excellent restaurant recommendations.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Central location made it perfect for sightseeing in the historic part of the city. The famous arena is a couple of minutes walk away. We overlooked a busy pedestrian street but very effective soundproofing kept the noise out. The suite was spacious and well furnished. Comfortable bed. There is no bar or restaurant so breakfast, ordered the night before, is served in room. I forgot to order one night but the staff still produced food in a timely fashion. Good choice of food. Mini bar a bit depleted, no gin or tonic but the receptionist popped out to a local shop to buy some for us! We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights, meanwhile this was the 5th I think. We came in from the airport, a pickup service had been arranged. Check in was fast and easy, you have to order breakfast in advance. The room was nice and clean, only the bathroom had some staining on the ceiling. As the room was on the first floor and looking on via Mazzini it was somewhat noisy also at night, so I used to take foamy earplugs. The a/c was truly helpful, but also disturbing me, but not my wife. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs could have been a little bit warmer. The room is spacious, the hotel right in between the arena and the historic city. The service is excellent, helpful, and the checkout easy, too. So, in times of Corona there are no promises, but we are looking for a comeback next year.
