It is a very nice hotel with welcoming and very respectful staff. The location is very good, close to the train station and the historic center. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The room is clean and with a special design.

Fabulous staff and location, level of cleanliness was excellent, really modern finishes ( A/C was brilliant), breakfast was great too… fabulous last night stay in Verona and the reception arranged a taxi for us back to the airport for my husband and I which was €27. I would definitely recommend the Relais Empire

Sehr gute Lage nur 10 min zum Bahnhof und 5 min zur Arena. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Gutes Frühstück, für italienische Verhältnisse sogar sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schönes Bad und gutes Bett.

What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel in the historic quarter. The staff, Micka, Gaia and Micol were all so genuinely interested in our comfort and wellbeing during our stay. They gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants that offered great food in a lovely traditional environment with superb staff - thank you for these. My friend booked the trip to see Ludovico Einaudi (one of her favourite composers) at the amphitheatre (10 min walk from hotel) and reception offered us the padded seats to make our trip more comfortable - even colour matched the seats to our outfits that evening - how considerate is that. We found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, with a great sushi restaurant right beside it, amazing, caring, friendly and helpful staff - we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Micka, Gaia & Micol for making our trip so pleasant and relaxed. Angela & Karen
