Riscaldamento spento stanza freddissima, essendo un appartamento tra una stanza e l'altra nessuna insonorizzazione, i vicicini è come averli in camera, la stanza il secondo giorno non viene fatta, due notti insonni a causa di vicini mesti e rumorosissimi, se si ha un problema molto difficile reperire qualcuno per risolverlo

Terrible check in experience. We had no guide as to how to find the hotel. And the signs for it were tiny. We spent 20 minutes trying to find it and ringing the number provided by hotels.com.no answer. Then as we did find the hotel and the tiny phone number the host wasn't there. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to turn up. Her english wasn't good withwr which made comunication harder.I just think there could have been more directions as to how to check in. She could have asked us our estimated arrival time to meet us there. Anyway aside from the check in everything else was pleasant.

Overall, very positive experience. Within 3 minutes walk of a supermarket, and a bus stop for easy access to the city. Quiet surrounding, comfortable, great sleep. Very clean. Even provided a couple of espresso capsules and light snacks. We had a private balcony and ensuite, too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
