My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay. Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. The location is perfect, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff, a delicious breakfast with a view, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. Best place to stay in Paris! First of all, the hotel staff was always, 24h/7days a week nice and kind. We felt that we’ll always get any help and all answers. Secondly, the room was very, extremely clean. The room has everything you need, including kitchen, dishwashing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and so on. Also, all the kitchen utensils was new or almost new, it’s equipped with 3 pots different sizes, really good (with new coating) pan good size, and so on. Thirdly, the location is really good - you are near grocery stores, bakeries, subway station. We needed to get via taxi from the hotel through all Paris to get to the train, and we never saw traffic jam at 7:00-7:30, which we were afraid of. And I’d like to keep your attention that on reception the hotel has a cafe, where you can order pizza or pasta or coffee at low price (in Paris’ cafes it cost 2x then in hotel) and cafe is open 24/7. Our accommodation was really awesome, we definitely will stay there every time we’ll be in Paris.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

I chose this location online, and it was right. The location is excellent, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation are very convenient, and there are many attractions nearby, which is suitable for self-guided tours. The landlord is warm and friendly, and responds promptly. Although the room is an old apar**ent, it is clean, tidy and sanitary. For a Paris hotel, the space is large and the price-performance ratio is relatively good (the bathroom is a little cramped). The washing machine does not dry, which is a pity for us who are used to it. In short, it is worth recommending, especially drinking a cup of coffee in front of the window and enjoying the sunshine in Paris, just like feeling at home.

The sixth floor has a city view facing the fountain. The view is very good, and you can see the Pompidou Center from a distance. The restaurant on the street is noisy at night, but it won't be noisy if you close the window. The hotel is in a good location, just above the RER Chatelet train station, which is convenient for taking various RER trains and transferring to many subway lines. It is convenient for transportation. There is a shopping mall next to it, with a Monoprix supermarket, and a Carefour city supermarket in the train station, which is very convenient for buying food. There is a convenience store on the left side of the hotel gate. It is recommended to buy water here. 1.5L Evian water is 1.9 euros, which is cheaper than the two supermarkets mentioned above. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and free espresso in the lobby. We stayed in a standard twin room. The room was spacious, with 2 24-inch boxes that could be opened and laid flat, a small kitchen refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, pots, bowls, knives, forks and cups, and you can buy ingredients and cook by yourself. We stayed for six consecutive nights and were quite satisfied. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Louvre from the hotel, and 10 minutes to walk to the newly opened department store of the LV Group by the Seine.

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.
