I was there for business, maybe I expected more but for 2 days is ok. Service was alright.

Close to the airport, restaurant is at the lobby area. Clean and huge comfortable beds.

Very bad experience, no heating system in the room , cold like a hell ! I was taking my breakfast, the waitress come to me and ask me sign the bill , I ask can I sign when I sit down ? Very bad service attitude, never go back

The hotel is located in Versoix, a quiet town by Lake Geneva. It is a little far from the center of Geneva, but close to the train station. There are more trains. It takes more than 10 to 20 minutes to reach the city center. We have a Swiss Pass so it feels convenient. In addition, we can take a cruise to and from the center of Geneva, which is also a great experience. There are places to swim in Lake Geneva near the hotel, but unfortunately we were in a hurry and did not arrange time for swimming, which is a little regrettable. Next to the hotel is the large supermarket coop, which is very convenient for simple meals. The large windows of the room face Lake Geneva, and the view is good, but the facilities in the room are a bit old, not the kind of new modern feeling. Overall, it is very cost-effective and I like this town very much!

The service and environment are very good. Remember to pay a little extra to book a room with a lake view. It is suitable for people who drive themselves, because the hotel is a little far from the main city. There is a coop supermarket downstairs, so there is no problem with food. The hotel's parking fee for one day is 21 francs.

The train station is a few dozen meters behind the hotel. You can take the train to the central train station of Geneva or to Geneva Airport. You need to bring some cash. The machine is broken on the return trip and will not accept cards. Only cash is accepted. There is a super large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. Be sure to book a room with large glass floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. The view is so healing!

The hotel is right by the lake, but there is a road next to it, and there is an airplane flight path overhead, the kind before landing. It is very noisy when the window is open, and it is a bit stuffy in summer if it is not open. I brought a child with me and booked a double room. Ctrip indicated that the child can have an extra bed. When I arrived at the hotel, they said that this room type cannot have an extra bed, and can only be added after upgrading. I had no choice but to pay another 65 Swiss francs. Ctrip, please don't mark it randomly!
