We only stayed two nights but really liked the hotel. This was a 'try out' stay for us! This is definitely not a 2 star rated resort. Alot of work has been completed here. The rooms are very contemporary and well appointed.
The pool is sparkling clean! Well done ro Ronnie the pool attendant who takes great pride in keeping the water crystal clear. A new deck is to be built around the pool in 2024.
Tui was excellent with his cooking demonstration and Masu was very funny behind the bar. These guys added to the quality of our short stay!
The dining area, unlike the bures is very bland and really needs some Fijian character. The food is, at best, very good. Slightly more pricey than other resorts we have stayed in at Fiji over 5 weeks in 2023. The cocktails are also more pricey. Unless you have a car, the resort appears isolated from other eateries.
Overall though, we enjoyed our two nights and would consider a return.

A beautiful setting…… The Beach good…and great hammock ….we swam in the ocean with our old shoes on was great …..A delightful man Wies who carried our bags to the back of the resort..(the end cabin ) A long way ….Basic food ….Fijian style but delightful staff Thank you

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal, with staff displaying complete indifference to guests' needs and paying no attention. Not only was the room lacking cleanliness, but it also had a distinct odor. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Very poor quality service; no cleanliness u can see from the photos; spend so much but got nothing in return; food taste is awful. Thank you

The beautiful people of Fiji never fail to please. Love the relaxed and friendly true Fijian people. Lovely place to stay. Bit disappointing there were under 12 year olds staying when it clearly states child free. Otherwise thoroughly recommend.

Nice clean rooms. Quiet area. Super friendly staff. There were a lot of different activities on the board available each day, though as we had diving booked for our stay we didn't get a chance to be involved in any of those. The included breakfast is fairly basic, but perfectly adequate. Dinner meals are a little on the pricey side, but not excessive for the resort area and were very tasty.

Everything about this resort was fabulous!!! I was very pleasantly impressed!!! Very clean, beautiful surroundings and wonderful helpful friendly staff!! My very favourite was Lani the massage lady! I am an expert on receiving massages and she was the very best!!! Wasaike the very likable security man was a great help and Angela the lady in charge was a delight along with everyone else!!! A wonderful relaxing holiday that I definitely needed and would highly recommend for everyone!!! 🤗💝🐨

Tambua Sands is a gem in the coral coast for anyone seeking peace and quiet. You need to let go of the city life to fully enjoy the simplicity of this place. My partner and I did our vow renewal at the resort culminating a 10 year experience that started of at the same location. I must say the all the staff are very helpful and welcoming. RM Angela, with Luisa, Salma, chef Adbul, wholeheartedly accommodated our requests and gave it their all to make our stay and function a memorable one. We even had our first bonfire experience here. Food is great and reasonably priced when compared to denarau. Breakfast could definitely be improved and RM Angela assured that the resort will work on this. Overall we have been here numerous times and i highly recommend the resort to anyone who wishes to have an escape.

This has become my home away from home. Beautiful and clean resort. Loved it. The staffs are genuine and full off Bula joys. Clean pool and Beautiful landscape. Next time i will be staying longer to enjoy the plunge pool villas. They look amazing. Vinaka Tambua Sands
