Great location in an historic building. Architect design will appeal to some more than others. My main problems were that the bed was uncomfortable and unstable, moving every time my partner moved, causing a terrible nights sleep. There is nowhere to put your cases, so you have to unpack on the floor, but then there is virtually no hanging space and no drawers. Creating an unliveable space. It was raining heavily the day we got there and it was impossible to dry our clothes. The bathroom is tiny. You have to preorder your breakfast and what they serve is delicious, but the buffet is very limited. No muesli or granola. Also don’t think about changing your breakfast order for the next day or you’ll get a snarl!

O hotel é lindo e moderno. No melhor local e com staffs sensacionais. Faziam tudo que era possível para nossa comodidade. Fomos para participar de uma prova de ciclismo, com horários diferenciados e com as bicicletas e fizeram de tudo para ter o pequeno almoço para se preparar para a prova, as bicicletas foram liberadas sem qualquer regra. Recomendo imensamente.

El hotel no se ajusta a las expectativas que nos creo mirando las fotos de la web. Quiza cuando era nuevo seria acreditativo de las 4 estrellas. Ahora nos parece que por lo menos le sobran 2. Prima la estetica minimalista en detrimento de la comodidad. Nuestra habitacion era muy pequeña y no disponia de armarios. Pero en su favor hemos de destacar la buena recepcion de acogida, asi como en la resolucion de la devolucion del contrato. Queriamos quedarnos 5 dias; pero con uno nos ha bastado.

Resumidamente, a estadia no hotel foi agradável e acolhedora. A rececionista do hotel foi muito simpática e prestável. O quarto tem boas condições, tal como o resto das instalações. O pequeno almoço do hotel foi uma boa experiência, muita variedade e bom aspeto. Existem bastanes restaurantes na área em volta do hotel. Aponto apenas um aspetp negativo ao hotel, este não possui estacionamento próprio. O que faz com que tenha de estacionar a cerca 450 metros do mesmo.

Foram 4 noites de NEOPOP (sou um fanático da EDM) e em boa hora escolhi este hotel, ali na Rua da Bandeira, no coração do centro histórico de Viana do Castelo. Resultou da adaptação de uma casa tradicional cuja traça preservou. É um hotel pequeno, íntimo, familiar. A proprietária, Rosa, e o staff são inexcedíveis em simpatia, atenção e qualidade de serviço, o pequeno-almoço é tal nível que dispensa almoço, os quartos estão decorados com conforto e criatividade. Uma opção obrigatória em Viana do Castelo.
