Prenotazione effettuata per stanza accessibile a persona in carrozzina, l'accesso alla struttura presentava ingresso tramite due scalini inaspettati e superabili mediante scivolo removibile con pendenza inaffrontabile in autonomia. Nella camera invece spazi del tutto inadeguati e ulteriore gradino per accedere al bagno.... Quella sopra descritta sarebbe a loro dire la istemazione per disabili.... come soluzione ci è stata proposta altra struttura nelle vicinanze a riscontro della non accessibilità.

Lack of sanitary conditions in the canteen at the buffet . Dirty drinking glasses and there were food remains on the fork. The kitchen tong was placed inside the tray with cheese and meat, but not next to it, which is very unhygienic. Also, there was no food refill. We had a beautiful seaview from our room. The room was old but clean.

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the rooms were nicely decorated. I especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good selection of food and drink at breakfast.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral direkt an der Promenade und der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Sie bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge in der Toskana. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Badezimmer ist eher einfach und müsste einmal erneuert werden (Duschvorhang, Lampe über dem Spiegel defekt, obwohl mit Lüsterklemme geflickt, Toilettenbrille zu klein für Toilette). Auch das Zimmer könnte einen Anstrich vertragen. Könnte man bei dem Preis erwarten.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento per qualche giorno in agosto, quindi probabilmente ci hanno dovuto dare l'ultima camera disponibile, che non era granchè. Era comunque pulita. Tutto il resto è stato ottimo. Posizione in centro e proprio sul mare, colazione e cena ottime, personale professionale e cortese. Facciamo i complimenti e ringraziamo particolarmente la ragazza della reception, super disponibile, e il ragazzo con gli occhiali che fa il cameriere sia a colazione sia a cena. Bravissimo, professionale e con un modo di fare molto piacevole. Bravi !

We did a Italy trip and stayed in many high end hotels and this one was by far the best. We booked 3 rooms and from the moment we arrived the service was just perfect. The hotel is super nice, clean and spacious. The room we had with Ocean view was super nice and the bathroom was super clean. The location is great and you can walk to so many locations. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I can highly recommend this hotel.
