Excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel hyper agréable, literie très confortable, grande baignoire balnéo sans supplément, petit déjeuner copieux et parking sécurisé sous surveillance vidéo, que demander d'autre? Réservation d une place de parking non validée par le réceptionniste au moment du booking , heureusement la très gentille réceptionniste a mon arrivée a eu un désistement de dernière minute sinon bon courage pour se garer dans la rue !!! Chambre classique literie confortable mais plusieurs points négatifs : tout d abord les joints de la douche ne sont pas de première jeunesse ils paraissent sales et l eau de la douche s écoule un peu à l extérieur sur le sol . Secondement l isolation n est pas optimum : on entend énormément les gens au dessus, les portes claquer ( car le système d ouverture des portes des chambres n est pas du tout pratique ) bref pour une nuit au calme bien reposante je ne conseille pas du tout ! Dans la chambre et la salle de bain pas de vrais verres mais des gobelets en carton pas très classe Je salue malgré tout l amabilité et la grande gentillesse de la personne à la réception

The location was ideal for getting around Vichy. The immediate area (and the hotel itself) seemed in need of some polishing and updating. My broken French and their English made things easy. We did not try the breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. We were there in May and the weather was unseasonably warm. They advertised air conditioning (climatisation) but it was not yet « turned on » for the season so we made do with fans. Opening the window helped but there were mosquitoes! This we found out was standard fare in the other French cities we visited however the hotel in Paris agreed to turn it on centrally, when we asked for it.

Stijlvol hotel en wat een vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie!
Parkeren is net om de hoek en zeer veilig.
Ruime kamer en badkamer, alles zeer netjes.
Goed bed en kussens.
Rustige straat maar toch zeer centraal gelegen.
We hebben geen ontbijt genomen dus ook geen oordeel hierover.
Vichy is een mooie Belle Epoque stad. Gezellig, veel groen om wat te rusten, leuke straatjes en pleinen. Overal kan je lekker eten, terrasjes doen.
Er waren nu wat werken gaande in de binnenstad maar het stoorde ons niet. Een reden om terug te komen en het resultaat te zien en dan verblijven we zeker terug in hetzelfde hotel!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La chambre était très confortable. Seul petit bémol, il n'y avait pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain.
Cest vraiment minime.
