Hôtel vieillissant . Au 3 étage cache prise tombé ds le couloir pas réparé ; du moisi dans la douche de notre chambre , carrelage et joints cassés et débit d'eau pas stable et a 17 h plus d'eau chaude.Salle de douche petite et rien de prévu pour poser nos affaires de toilettes.
Petit déjeuner correct mais ce matin le matériel était aux abonnés absents : machine a café, distributeur d'eau chaude, moucherons dans le jus d'orange pressé, et a 8 h 30 plus de jambon hier matin.
Par contre personnel très souriant et serviable.
N'oubliez pas que Vichy est en plein essor ( nous sommes Vichyssois d'origine) . Vos hôtels sont tous en déperdition. Lisez les commentaires sur le Mercure qui était le 2 ème hôtel en renommée de Vichy idem pour l'Ibis.
Je sais que personnellement je ne retournerais pas dans les hôtels de votre groupe a Vichy et j'ai entendu beaucoup de réflexions négatives des clients. Dommage car vos hôtels ont des emplacements top..

salle de bain un peu viellotte.... salle du petit déjeuner manque de chaleur pour le reste c est bien meme si l 'hotel n a pas de restaurant proprement dit celui avec accès direct est très bien un peu décu par rapport à d autres ibis style déjà fréquentés...

Hôtel sale, vétuste et mal entretenu, chambre petite et malaisante, nombreux vices cachés et disfonctionnements, très bruyant, eau qui ruisselle des plafonds et bords de fenêtres, personnel de ménage incompétent, responsable malhonnête qui ne reconnaît rien et ne tient pas ses engagements... j'ai du fuir : n'y allez pas !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, petit parking a disposition mais place de stationnement facile a trouver à proximité. L'accueil, ainsi que tout le personnel de l'établissement est souriant et chaleureux. Le petit dejeuner est correcte. Les chambres sont un peu petites, surtout la salle de bain. Vue sur rue mais calme.
