Comfortable, convenient, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful pools yes plural, and lovely grounds. Communication was fast, responsive, and helpful when arranging transports. Definitely reach out for transport from the airport as standard rate of $30 without haggle is nice. You can rack up a bill at their restaurant and bar and pay it with card when you checkout. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

This was a good value for money 3-star hotel. Staff were excellent, the rooms were big and clean. Food options were limited but what you would expect for a 3-star hotel. Not too far to the attractions and transport is easy to organize.

A great hotel providing good accommodation whilst visiting Victoria Falls. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. Air con, mozzie nets, decent shower, good sized fridge and sat TV. The staff were really nice and welcoming and friendly. Breakfast started at 7 due to the number of guests visiting Chobe with an earlish start. Pool area benefits from a decent amount of sun and ample shade for those not too bothered about sunbathing. The hotel is about a 30 minutes walk from town. I managed to walk both directions every day. Thoroughly pleased with stay in Vic Falls.

Air condition was'nt working. The room we stayed in was comforta ble for 3 people. The hotel is surrounded with a beautiful garden. The staff are all friendly both in the office and the rerstaurant

Friendly staff, internet on/off, water on/off. Waiting time for dinner up 11/2 hour but very tastefull. Big rooms and a nice pool.

We were part of the Exoticca group. Property was very lush & well kept. Too cool to use the pools & landscape debris was often floating within. Rooms are very large, teak furniture, mosquito netting, & clean. Bathroom was basic. Breakfast had a variety of items, all covered (as compared to others’ critique of insect problems). Service was great - helped us with restaurant reservations & local transit.

We can’t fault the staff at Dzimbahwe - they were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds are lovely with plenty of shade and beautifully kept. The mosquito nets in the rooms are probably the best we’ve ever had and the beds very comfy. It’s no doubt our fault but we hadn’t realised that Dzimbahwe is the other side of Victoria Falls town to the Falls themselves. So, wherever you want to go, you have to take a taxi. The staff were brilliant at always making sure we got one when we needed it and they don’t overcharge. But it can still add a hefty amount to your final bill. We were disappointed with the food. The breakfast buffet was very basic and wasn’t replenished at all so by 8am, all the fruit, for example, had disappeared. We ate in the restaurant one evening but the only offering was burger or chicken with chips and the chicken was really dry and unpleasant. If you want to braai, you have to order a portable one in advance and it seemed too much hassle. A trip to one of the town restaurants is going to cost $10 return (Feb 2024 price). Our room had a single light meaning part of it was in almost permanent darkness. On the other hand, it had a nice terrace at the front. So, there’s lots of good things about Dzimbahwe. It’s certainly good value compared to many places at the Falls. We were well looked after by the staff. But, if you book, take into account the location, the disappointing food provision and some little ******* with the rooms.
