We were greeted with the biggest smiles and the friendliest people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent and they accommodated my dietary requirements with no hassle. This place is truly an amazing place and would recommend the Batonka to Couples, family and friends! What an amazing, beautiful place. Thanks to all the amazing staff for making Victoria Falls a memory of a lifetime.

We had a great stay at Batonka Guest Lodge. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Lobby beautifully decorated and grounds well maintained with a pool! Food at restaurant was delicious and plentiful!

The grounds of the Batonka Guest Lodge are beautiful. The staff are more than welcoming and attentive to your needs. I was able to arrange our last safari through reception and it was spectacular. I am not looking for things to criticize but do want to mention. There were a couple of minor things which I wish had been a little different, one is beyond their control. I would have preferred a flatter pillow. (Not necessary to have them in each room, maybe just a couple behind reception to be given out upon request). The morning breakfast is buffet and items can also be ordered from the menu. I wish the buffet at been a had had a few more options. The one thing beyond their control is dogs in the neighbourhood. In the evening and throughout the night you could hear dogs barking. They did wake us up one of the nights we were there. Again, I realize this is beyond Batonka's control but it does interfere with the beautiful, relaxing stay.

This is such a beautiful hotel and resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful, Llyod was great with our check in especially since there were 17 of us. Explained everything in detail and helped us feel comfortable and at home. Our room was beautiful and very quiet, plenty of hot water for showering.

Thanks to Batonka Guest Lodge for an amazing 3 day, 2 night's stay to celebrate 2 birthdays. Clean, with all the luxuries anyone would require, EXCELLENT service, friendliness and great food! Awesome place. The gardens is beautiful! The rooms are spacious!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was one level with rooms spread around the beautiful gardens. Very quiet and a nice spot to come back to after a day of exploring. Food was good and the whole staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti in questo bellissimo lodge. Tutto è molto curato e pulito, a partire dal giardino , alle aree comuni e alle camere che sono molto ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Ottimo il ristorante, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo grazie

Ok, Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist schön und wir haben abends gut gegessen. Wie alles in Victoria Falls, schlicht überteuert und alles riecht etwas nach Touristenabzocke. Dennoch freundlich und schön, fragt sich wie das Personal partizipiert.
