It was a very beautiful lodge.
The staff were cheerful and very fun!
You can spend a comfortable time there.
The food at the restaurant was also very delicious!
I wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast.
There are no toothbrushes so bring your own. There is a convenience store nearby, which is convenient, but they are out of toothbrushes.
There is insect repellent cream available.

This lodge has got everything right, I cannot fault it! From the beautiful gardens, the clean and comfortable rooms, the amazing, friendly staff, who go over and above to the delicious food. Only a few minutes in a taxi from Vic.Falls town, it is a little piece of heaven.

Being a frequent traveller, i never have seen a more friendly and efficient service desk. Room close to entry as requested. Room big, good airco, good mosquito net (we however did not see one single mosquito!). Waiters are cool. Maybe one minor suggestion: improve the quality of the cakes of the free “high tea”. Go on guys, we loved it!!

Excellent lodge aux chutes Victoria. Le lieu est très beau, le service impeccable. Les piscines sont parfaites pour se détendre et le restaurant de bonne qualité. Chambres spacieuses tenues avec soin. Calme et sérénité grâce à un jardin vaste et entretenu. Mention spéciale à l’accueil et au service vraiment attentionné et souriant !

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The decor, grounds, food and the entire staff were amazing. We were there for 3 nights and was sad to leave. I would definitely put your lodge as the nicest place we stayed at on trip

While only staying for one night, we really enjoyed Pioneers. Staff was kind, helpful, and excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings and a large buffet selection. We were very happy with our short visit.

Amazing service! All of the staff made me me feel welcome and at home Nothing was too much trouble As a solo traveller I did not feel alone Nomatter, Sharon, Lucia and the rest of the staff where amazing Home from home, great food, service and staff Thank you all
