It’s sooo good and tidy! The location is awesome! Definitely will book it again!

This concierge charged me CAD 50 for a 40mins. delay in my check out. I thought this is very bad for a first timer and to think I have even ask for a late check out and they agree. I have stayed in many 5-stars hotel and this is by far the worst scam.

LOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.

Great location. My gf and i had a great time at Owego. It has a good view when heading back to the location from the village. The bathroom was a bit cold but we had great service.

Very good stay experience, suites can cook, the building is high and the view is good, you can see the green roof of the Parliament Building, transportation is convenient, and you can walk to many attractions.

The front desk had a very bad attitude. When I was about to take a bath, I found hair in the bathtub.

There were no amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes. Dishes, glasses, detergent, etc. will make you feel comfortable even during your long stay. There is also a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. The room was large and had a table and closet, so it was spacious enough for multiple people to use. It was about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the ferry port, and there were no hills and access was good.

The room facilities and so on are good, but the room type we booked on Ctrip is a double bed and a sofa bed. plus sofa bed), can accommodate three people.
