De buena fé recomendé esté hotel, pero la experiencia para mis amigos fue horrible, por su pésimo servicio, la habitación con mucho detalles de suciedad y la atención fue un desastre, no tenían para servir un café o una bebida, se les pidió en su momento una coca cola y se lo llevaron servido en un vaso a la habitación y no solo eso además estaba sin gas, para que decir el servicio de desayuno que viene incluído, eran las 10:30 y aún no estaba listo, por lo cual se tuvo que ir a otro lugar a desayunar. Les comento todo esto para que no pasen un mal momento, ya que además está alejado de la zona cívica de Vicuña.

I was able to set up my camera and tripod at the hotel to start my exploration of the southern skies. James is very knowledgeable and provides brief telescopic tours from the backyard. His family is very welcoming. You must like dogs and good simple food.

We went as a family for lunch given good general recommendations. Tremendous mistake!!! We arrived around 1pm and they didn't serve us food until 3pm, even though there were only 3 tables occupied. The food has no relation to the menu and its prices are terrible. Dogs and cats everywhere, even in the kitchen. Dirty bathroom. To top it all off, he gave one of the children power through a loose cable resting on a grate at the back of the table. Terrible experience!!

Pior experiência da vida, hotel caro e completamente decadente e abandonado. Chegamos no hotel e encontramos insetos e moscas mortas na nossa cama, pedimos para que a limpeza do quarto fosse realizada novamente mas mesmo assim o quarto estava sem condições de dormir lá. Ambiente externo mal cuidado, fomos no verão e a piscina muito suja, insetos mortos e teias de aranha espalhados por todo o hotel, fora bitucas de cigarro por todo o lugar e absolutamente todos os estofados estavam com mofo. Os donos são extremamente mal educados e sem nenhuma higiene. Não recomendo essa experiência para ninguém nem de graça, ainda mais pelo valor que pagamos.
