Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Very good value for money. Ctrip's standard triple room (private guest only), the actual room is a large bed, a small bed, a number of sofas, so it is suitable for family travel. The room is large and the hotel is generally clean. The breakfast was small and beautiful, and it tasted good. It was a surprise. There is no air conditioning and a floor fan is available. The floor is very old. The front desk service is friendly and can store luggage. Although it is not a friendly walking distance from the inner city, the public transportation at the entrance of the hotel is very convenient. There is only one stop on the railway station (S line) from the central railway station, which is suitable for going back and forth between Budapest and Prague.

We chose this hotel because of its very convenient location to the Wiener Stadthalle and because we were at a concert here. We took the subway from P+R Hütteldorf and can only recommend it. There is also a paid parking garage in this hotel. The room is simply furnished, but clean and has everything you need. I wouldn't book the hotel for a longer stay, however, as there was no safe in the room. The breakfast was ok and reasonable for the price. However, it was much too warm in the breakfast room (almost hot), but it was too cool in the rest of the area in the lobby. We can recommend the hotel and will book it again for the next event in the Stadthalle.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

I have been pretty satisfied by stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, closed to public transportation and city center, in a quiet area with no noise around. The hotel has a nice terrace where you can enjoy an amazing city view. The room and bathroom was clean and with space enough for 2 people. Only notes are regarding the cleaning of the cups used (not done) and the ventilation in the bathroom (no vents active). Breakfast was pretty good, both for sweet and salty taste. Recommend.

Met the expectation - shower in the room was a new experience... The water pressure was ok, but temperature had its own mind. Toilet was separet, but not that private as the door was thin and did not reach to the floor. Subway station is nearby, all other public transportation not too far either - walking is a valid option as well. Hotel breakfast was ok.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
