It was a great stay! Flexible check in and check out (had to leave in the middle of the night and were accommodated accordingly). The room is spacious, clean and has everything needed. The breakfast was also quite good. The location is very close to some attractions + there’s metro, bus and train connections nearby.

This hotel is really good. Room are big and clean, you got basically everything you need. The hotel is sit next to the subway station, and most importantly, next to the famous landmarks of Wien, Schloss Schönbrunn. You also get breakfast, but it's so so, typically European buffet. You know what I mean

Conveniently located just beside the train station and a shopping mall. There is also a halal kebab shop just a few minutes away and a McDonald’s right opposite. However, the toilet and shower is separated and there is no bidet. Overall, a good experience with the hotel room being spacious, clean and comfortable for a family of 3.

Very bad service, as check in before check in time, but when back around evening time, my original room type they said sold out... What'd the **** is , they claimed upgrade to me in 10th floor, but is a 2 double decker bed which my original is comfort double room even already paid earlier when do booking. And the hotel is in a building shared office, the main door if after the office hr time hard to access need ring the bell even hotel card not able to open it, and wait quite some time, u will get frustrated when u are rushing time. lobby at 2nd floor

An excellent hotel! First off, the location is superb. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and various restaurants right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the subway is right next door, making it super easy to get to all the city center attractions without any hassle! The breakfast was also fantastic!

No kettle in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one. They're limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.
The location is great; if you find the right metro exit, you'll come out right in front of the hotel, and there's even an elevator.
Breakfast was good, though it got very crowded for a while on the second morning because of a tour group.
It's close to Schönbrunn Palace, and actually not far from anywhere else either, since Vienna isn't that big.
Just a heads-up: there are no tissues in the room.
