The hotel has been renovated to a high standard - the first room I was given smelt awful but I was moved to another one. All in all a decent stay.

Location is a usually the best thing of this place. Right in front of the metro station. Price always is good enough for the Austrian standards plus breakfast is decent with flexible hours.
Worst thing? Service without doubts, in the evening there is a guy that it might give you a hand but his attitude is one of the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It’s a pity because the hotel is actually good if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Vienna.

The hotel is across the road from the Central Railway Station, but you have to walk across the road for 10 minutes with your luggage.
I stayed in the hotel for more than three days and no one cleaned it.
The double bed room has two single beds pushed together.
