The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. There are two subway lines and the West Railway Station very close to the door. The hygiene is fine. But on the day we arrived, there was only one front desk, which was very inefficient and we had to wait a long time to check in.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the West Train Station. The room was small, the facilities were old, the service attitude was not good, there was no free drinking water, no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Vienna.
