The room is quite large with good facilities, including a refrigerator. The service is very considerate and provides cups for three people, toothbrushes, razors and other toiletries. There are also some cakes and fruits for guests to eat for free in the lobby on the first floor.

The Eurostar Hotel in Vienna is very clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich, and there is a bus at the door, making travel very convenient. recommend!

The hygiene was average, and there were unknown hairs on the bed, but the hotel's front desk service was very good and they changed the room immediately. However, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but the front desk's attitude was very good, and they even gave me a glass of beer from the bar as an apology.

The location and service are pretty good. It's convenient for traveling and shopping. The bedding is very comfortable and the hygiene is good. I look forward to coming here again on my next trip to Austria!

Helpful and friendly staff, super nice rooms and excellent breakfast. Good location with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. Celebrated our brother's 50th birthday with this trip, we can really recommend this hotel./ Three siblings🫶

This was our second visit to the hotel and, again, we had a wonderful stay. The reception staff are all really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and are there to assist guests 24 hours a day. The rooms are quiet, airy, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice of hot and cold dishes getting your day off to a good start. From the front door of the hotel you just walk out to the bus stop where regular buses take you in & out of the centre of Vienna. Getting to all tram and train connections is within a ten minute bus ride. There are several restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance of the hotel. Q. What's not to like? A, The end of your break!!

We come here five time per year. The hotel us on excellent location - bus, metro and P&R is close. We found the staff very friendly and professional. It is not that the place is without any problems, but the staff reacts swiftly and effectively. We will come next in February, May and June. We feel like at home…

The hotel is fairly close to Wien Mitte which is the station you will be using if coming from the airport by CAT or regular train. It took us about 18 minutes to walk but you can also use the subway line 3 to Kardinal Nagl Platz and from there, it is a short walk to the hotel. Reception was efficient and very helpful as the room was not ready when we tried to check in but we were offered to leave our luggage behind so we could start exploring the city. The room was of a good size and the bathroom was really well stocked: dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit, and shower caps. There were also slippers provided. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices.

March 2023 sees the completion of a mission that started in 2019/20. That mission was a trip to Vienna. Home of the "Habsburg Dynasty". The chosen hotel "Eurostars Embassy". Was it a good choice? Most definitely! and here's why. A 30 minute train ride from the airport via the S7. Alight at Wein Mitte. A brief Y.O.M.P. or the 74A and 5-10 minutes more. Will drop you directly outside of this hotel. Straight away. Fantastic transport infrastructure. It's understated exterior is easy to miss if your not paying attention. Check in was a swift process. The reception foyer was clean. The staff were very polight and a few more clicks at the check in desk then "yes we were expecting you" "Welcome to Vienna and the Eurostars Embassy. Your room is ready" Thank you Maia. The lift was "cozy" the room was on the 8th Floor and to thr front of the building with curved wrap around windows. The views from the 8th floor were decent and the roof tops of Vienna were visually accessible. The room was clean yet basic, and just what you needed for a short excursion. It can get pretty noisy if you open the window as the hotel is on a main traffic route, expect to hear the odd police or ambulance siren throughout the day. After 8pm though silence. The noise is dampened if you keep the windows closed. The walk ins shower with a "waterfall showerhead" was tiled in dark stone but considerably spacious. The room had a safe and a minibar quute nearly tucked away. Prices were not quite London extortionate buy a short 2 minute walk around the corner give you access to a 24hr spa shop so... The bed was sturdy, the pillows were simple the bedding was clean and the turndown I the morning caused no issues. Breakfast was a muted experience. The hotel team did well to keep the small dining space very clean, the coffee fresh, the cold items chilled and the hot food items warmed. It was a Limited selection for a location thar is clearly being frugal (I know what powdered egg scrambled eggs look like) the bread was fresh ish and the fruit juice deffo from a box. No hacks this time. There's a 24hf Gym directly opposite the hotel and if there were any spa facilities on site they did not make themselves very visible. The staff have a very good local knowledge and Maia was able to suggest at least 12 places to visit during the stay with directions of how to get there. As the hotel is literally 2 minutes from multiple tube stations and you have the bus stops directly outside, you will find that you can access many more locations than you think. Check out was also a swift process efficient and no issues. They asked if the room was OK and if anything was not working. The feedback was given and greatly appreciated. All in all a standard 4**** hotel experience. I would consider staying here again if I ever I returned to Vienna.

Hotel is not located in a touristy or central area but connectivity is not a challenge. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Staff is very good but rooms rather small. Cleanliness is of high standard. Overall value for money but only if you get it at a reasonable rate. Just about an ok and manageable hotel. Nothing exceptional.

The hotel is neat and clean with an excellent location. The bus stop is practically at handshaking distance from the hotel and the nearest U station is also really close. The only issue was that the housekeeping team came at 5:00 in the evening although the room cleaning sign had been up all day. Moreover, the air conditioning was unfathomable. The room was always too hot.

Nice hotel in Vienna. The location is slightly outside the center, bus stop right in front of the hotel, 15 minutes to the center. To U bahn and S bahn 10 min walk. It doesn't look that attractive from the outside, but inside the hotel is very pleasant. The interior is in the style of Eurostars hotels. A spacious reception with a lobby bar, which is also used for breakfast. We had a classic DBL room. The size is fine for the weekend, the bathroom is spacious with a shower, sink, toilet, separated by a glass door. Large, comfortable bath towels and hand towels available. Sufficient storage space. The room has a kettle, a table, an armchair, and a TV. The beds are comfortable. Free water in the room. Minibar - fridge available. Breakfast on the weekend until 11.00. :-) Very decent selection of food and drink, eggs, sausages, bacon... all very good. The service is probably temporary, but fine. Receptionist very helpful, we got late check out by one hour for free. Everywhere is really clean. I can really recommend this hotel, the price-quality ratio is great. The hotel surprised me. Pěkný hotel ve Vídni. Lokalita je mírně mimo centum, zastávka autobusu přímo před hotelem, do centra 15 min. Na U bahn a S bahn 10 min chůze. Z venku nevypadá tak atraktivně, ale uvnitř je hotel velmi příjemný. Interiér je ve stylu Eurostars hotels. Prostorná recepce s lobby barem, který se využívá i na snídaně. Měli jme klasický DBL room. Velikostí na víkend v pořádku, koupelna prostorná se sprchovým koutem, umyvaldo, toaleta, odděleno skleněnými dveřmi. K dispozici velké, příjemné osušky a ručníky. Úložné prostory dostatečné. V pokoji je k dispozici rychlovarná konvice, stůl, křeslo, televize. Postele jsou pohodlné. Voda na pokoji zdarma. Minibar - lednička k dispozici. Snídaně o víkendu do 11.00. :-) Velmi slušný výběr jídla i pití, vajíčka, párky, slanina... vše velmi dobré. Obsluha asi brigádnice, ale v pohodě. Recepční velmi ochotní, dostali jsme late check out o hodinu zdarma. Všude je opravdu čisto. Tento hotel mohu opravdu doporučit, poměr cena - kvalita super. Hotel mě překvapil.
