Disappointed with the following:
1. Bedroom slippers not provided and had to request
2. Hair conditioner not provided and had to request
3. Body lotion not topped up in the bathroom and ran out by the 2nd day of stay
4. Requested for high floor, quiet room but was given 1st floor facing the main road
Overall experience not great for a 4-star hotel considering the cost per night. Guests do not like to ask for basic amenities and it would have been very pleasant to be provided with these instead of only upon request.

The hotel is clean and service is good.
However there is no attractions/supermarket near the hotel. Surroundings is very quiet.

This hotel is close to everything and easy to get around. It is also next to the Weiner Konzerthaus and Musikverein - if you like music and opera. Great hotel, very central location and value for money. Many weird experiences like an “inverted” toilet bowl, musical decors, colourful lounge- which is a unique once off experience and we liked it. The room is spacious and air conditioning was great. This hotel is by far one of the best we had experienced.

My overall experience was great! The hotel is located near several famous attractions in Vienna, which made exploring the city easy. The room was very clean, and the attention to detail in cleaning was impressive. Additionally, the option to keep our luggage before check-in was an important convenience. Thank you for the thoughtful arrangements! I’m glad I chose this hotel!
