I feel that the hotel is great, very clean and sanitary, very close to the subway station, and surrounded by bustling neighborhoods with their own snacks and market supermarkets.

Unsanitary room, mold in the shower, electrical fault on the spots, defective tap, insects present in the room and in the shower, no shower gel, extremely heavy door difficult for a disabled person, presence of cobwebs and bathroom switch defective bathtub. To be avoided despite a friendly appearance!!

The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, there were hair residues in the toilet, and there were roasted chicken skins left on the oven from the previous guest. It felt like the staff were in a hurry to change the sheets and just looked at them before letting the next person in. There is no air conditioning in the room, and I am relatively short. Beautiful structure, modern and functional. The location is excellent, you can easily reach the city center with the metro located a few steps away. The room assigned was clean and equipped with products necessary for the stay. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, etc. The only negative was the self-service automated check-in. I had trouble accessing the interior, as there are no multilingual notices. Furthermore, the hotel's call center only provides information in German or English. Fortunately, I was helped by another guest.

Bad experience with selfcheck in

The accommodation is good, but there is no parking lot,, It's difficult to cook. There's a smoke detector so firefighters come. I slept well.

Convenient clean quiet

I had a bad experience with this hotel which prefers not to hire people to do check-in and to put a machine and a help desk line instead. Since I booked via opodo I did not have the hotel reservation number that I must enter into the machine to check in. So I find myself stuck with my family. I called the man at the help desk, he told me that he doesn't know opodo and that I should call them to give me the number. I call opodo they don't have the number either. The mr at the help desk refuses to provide me with the number to check in and after several attempts with him he asked me to forward my reservation confirmation email to him to check. Finally he let me come in and check in. The apartment is large but dirty. There is no cleaning service like other hotels apart. The location is excellent, close to shops, train stations, tram/metro stops, etc.

Convenient location for transport, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants (mostly ethnic). The apartment is in a modern style and equipped with everything you need. The only big flaw is the poor cleanliness and an impregnating smell of cigarette smoke. Sin. I wouldn't go back just for this reason.
