Very good location, just next to the opera. The room is very nice and well equipped. I definitely recommend this hotel for travelers to Vienna.

Ideal location. Bigger rooms are comfortable. Smaller ones are ok for 1-2 nights.

Good aspects: The location is very good, right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, two subway stops from the train station, and less than 200 meters from the nearest subway exit. It is also less than 200 meters from the National Opera House, which is very convenient to go to the outlet. The price-performance ratio is not bad. Bad aspects: It is difficult to get help in the first time when encountering problems in a self-service hotel. The facilities are relatively old. Room No. 222 has a strong rotten wood smell, which is completely unacceptable. After contacting Ctrip, it was fully booked and moved to another room half an hour later. The main problem is that I was not arranged to this smelly room, but everything else is acceptable.

However, one drawback is that when they cleaned other rooms, they moved too much and it was a little noisy for us who got up late. However, the cleaning staff were very friendly. No iron in the hotel. no solution to offer. The hair dryer does not work well. To send a technician, you had to have minutes. Bad experience in this hotel.

Nice stay at Opera suites, ideally located in the pedestrian center of Vienna. The hotel is clean and comfortable and offers excellent value for money. Definitely recommended if you visit Vienna and wish not to overspend on your accommodation.

The rooms were super comfy and clean. The hair dryer does not work well. Great location in great location in the middle of the city center, staff is very friendly, staff is very friendly. Great breakfast with reasonable price.

Best for cheap in Vienna. Right in the Kartner Strab, middle of the city, all attractions walkable away. What a view from the room window, right in front of famous Hotel Sacher. Wonderful small room with all the amenities. A 100% right choice

Loved the location of this place! I have stayed in Vienna before and this location was far more ideal, very close to the opera house, main square, Museums etc. We were on the second floor and yes there is no receptionist there all the time but we had an issue with the shower in our room and rang for help, 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the issue was sorted straight away. Great amenities in the room - coffee machine, kettle, Bottled water, sweets etc. There is a lift, but it is very small so if coming with suitcases you may have to take a few trips as I could only fit in with one bag.

Regarding my last visit to opera suites, it is not a hotel as it's written. the entrance is a building door, no reception, the room is very dirty rust in the bathroom .no room service. I made contact with one called Julia, and she rejected to change the room and make a refund for the amount.another thing is that the room is not suitable for sleeping as the humidity average is very high, which affects my health As I have allergy issues. They have the smallest elevator. Attached are all media regarding this place.

Excellent location. Room is very clean and spacious. Nespresso coffe machine and electric kettle in the room, bottled water free of charge. Great place, highly recommended. A very good choice for tourists!

The Opera Suits is at amazing location,withing walking distance from all main attractions and 10 min by taxi from the main trian station. Rooms are nicely decoratioted, spacious, clean and warm,unlimeted Nessperso coffee and bottled water was avalibel. We had a room for 4 of us (3 adults and a child very comfortable beds). Staff was very friendly and helpful.The owner is amazing host, he personally responded to all our questions in no time.We highly recomend this hotel and will defenetntly choose this hotel again ,in fact would not even look for anther one . Great value for money

My wife and I went to Vienna to hang out with friends visiting from overseas. The only hotel we knew was the Sacher Hotel, which I’m sire is fine, but overly expensive. We settled for a neighboring establishment and what a great place to stay.! Nicely priced, very fine people on the staff, a step-by-step guide how to travel from the airport and end up at their door, totally without missing a beat. A very fine experience and Aufwiedersehen !
