Nice hotel, well-furnished and warm services, would consider stay here again next time.

But overall, it meets the five-star standard

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

My adult son and I used points to stay- what an amazing hotel! Location is great- near many restaurants and designer shops- and inexpensive Uber. The room is absolutely beautiful, so spacious and a huuuge walk-in shower. Probably the BEST ever! The staff were so helpful and professional- especially Karim (secured reservations at Fabio’s and Figmueller’s) both were delicious- and Oliver, who helped us with our Bratislava trip. I would live in this hotel forever if I could!

Park Hyatt Vienna is in the city center, at the edge of the pedestrian only area. We went during Christmas, and there was a Christmas Market right across from the hotel. We booked the Deluxe King room. Overall, it was a great room and very spacious. We paid extra for a view room, hoping to get a view of the front plaza, but instead we were stuck with a side building view. The room was fairly big (for European standards) and had a huge bathroom with a heated floor and rain shower. The hotel used Le Labo luxury soap products. Throughout our stay we had some issues with the TV and the Lighting. We would constantly not get signal for the television channels and our lights would randomly turn off every few minutes. Each time this happened, the front desk promptly called someone to take a look. Although we had those two minor issues, it is something to take note given we are paying $900+ per night. I also would’ve wished that the turndown service could be more enhanced. Really, the only thing they did for turndown was close the curtains while other hotels open the sheets, pour a drink, dim the lights, play background music on the clock radio, etc. Overall, value for money was just “okay”. Could be better but service and cleanliness was perfect.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Park Hyatt Vienna warrants one. I first stayed at this incredible hotel with my family seven years ago and was so impressed that I decided to return this time on a solo trip. The hotel itself is rich in history, housed in a former state bank, which adds a unique charm and grandeur. The high ceilings, unique layout, and spacious rooms are just a few of the features that make this property stand out. The location is both convenient and prestigious, and their service is impeccable. Vienna has always been one of my favorite cities, and this hotel is undoubtedly one of the top reasons why my last two visits have been so memorable. I look forward to returning again in the future and highly recommend Park Hyatt Vienna to anyone seeking an extraordinary stay in this beautiful city.

As a history buff, I was enthralled by this hotel's rich past. Originally built in the 1800s, it has been meticulously restored to maintain its period charm while offering modern amenities. The staff were knowledgeable about the building's history and even offered a guided tour. Sleeping in a room where notable historical figures once stayed was a unique experience. For those who appreciate a slice of the past with their lodging, this hotel is a must-visit.

Let me say that they upgraded me to a wonderful suite, so I loved them from the minute I saw the room. Perfect location, room was exquisite. Every detail was very well thought out. Rooms and hallways were incredibly quiet. This is a high end hotel in every way. The entire property was sumptuous. The breakfast was exactly as advertised. It was included in our room as a globalist, but not sure it would be worth E52 per person. Certainly worth a try, but it will fill you up through dinner Finally, I wanted to call out Rudy the Concierge. He and his team helped me plan the trip several months a head of time. They got it all done and were as professional, friendly and efficient as any staff I have ever encountered on my many many travels. I have stayed at many Park Hyatts throughout the world and this was the best ones which is honestly saying a lot.

Exceptional stay in a Diplomatic Suite, everything is up to par and some experiences even exceeded my expectations. We are discerning travellers, we only choose suites in the best hotels available and I can vouch Park Hyatt Vienna to be among the best destiations avaialble worldwide.

Amazing experience. We decided to end our 3 week European vacation with four days in Vienna. We are Hyatt explorists and were celebrating our son’s acceptance to a prestigious music school in the US. We let Park Hyatt know and they did an amazing job in setting up the room with balloons and a banner to celebrate this special moment for us. The whole staff was especially nice and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Manager Paulina D. who left us a beautiful note in our room. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay here. The property is beautiful, and in a wonderful central location and the room was incredibly well appointed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special on our stay. We will be back.

This was my 5th stay at Park Hyatt Vienna. Actually I found this out at the reception when they hand me over o voucher for free drinks at their Bar. i don't remember ever that this hotel did something wrong. They are e reference point on how hotels should be! keep up the good work, Park Hyatt Vienna!
