Room was not clean, old bed. Breakfast was good.

Very convenient connections to the center of Vienna. Nice and friendly staff.

設施太老了 電梯頭一次見那麼小 電影裏見到的老電梯 首先用手打開門 然後是電梯門 有些房間沒有空調。不過櫃枱服務態度非常好。

The facilities are too old. This is the first time I have seen such a small elevator. The old elevator I saw in the movie first opens the door by hand, then the elevator door. Some rooms do not have air conditioning. But the service attitude at the counter is very good.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel Kaffeemühle sehr in Ordnung. Ich würde es auch wieder buchen.
Die Lage ist gut, vor allem, wenn man am Westbahnhof ankommt. Mit den Straßenbahnen 5 oder 49 kommt man rasch überall hin.
Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich.
Wenn ich etwas kritisch anmerken kann, dann ein wenig die Sauberkeit. Im Bad hatte sich im Eck hinter der Tür etwas fuselige Altlast angesammelt.
Und am letzten Tag bekam ich ein neues Duschtuch mit einem großen alten Blutfleck drauf.

Basically, the Hotel Kaffeemühle is very fine. I would book it again.
The location is good, especially when you arrive at Westbahnhof. You can get anywhere quickly with trams 5 or 49.
The breakfast is good and plentiful.
If I can criticize something, it would be the cleanliness. In the bathroom, some fluffy debris had accumulated in the corner behind the door.
And on the last day I got a new bath towel with a big old blood stain on it.

The location is good, the surroundings are convenient, the rooms are very new, the facilities are complete, the balcony is very unique, and the price is relatively good! Everything was good for me one night. No complains I like the room, and the bathroom, need to pay for breakfast. 

We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. İ'm not saying it's slow. İt's nonexistent.  We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking. İ don't know why they didn't put 4 glasses for a 4 people room. (The glasses was in the bathroom)  There were no slippers.   There wasn't a mini fridge/minibar at room.   The AC was old.  The reception didn't mind our requests.   At least the room was big enough. The rooms are really clean too. İt was close to metro.   Not suitable for long stays.
