This hotel is in a great location(approximately a mile to city center). Walking distance to many attractions. It’s a dated hotel which will eventually be renovated. The staff is lovely and helpful, but the hotel could use some work.

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is a 10-minute walk to the Little Golden Man. Free parking is available, which is a hard-to-find service.

The room was very nicely furnished and clean. The location is perfect, close to the center and yet pleasantly quiet. The offer with the minibar was the icing on the cake and of course we accepted it. Any time.

It’s a very bad experience. Please avoid lightning every night when you stay. I deducted more than 300 euros from the credit card I booked for the hotel for no reason. But it’s the 6th day today and I still haven’t received it. I have called the credit card bank and was told that I didn’t see the merchant’s cancellation. The deposit of 50 euros for the transaction or the release of the pre-sale right was not refunded. I was in a hurry to leave the Vienna hotel. The front desk said that my card would be returned within 24 hours. Such a serious mistake, if the amount is larger, isn’t it trusting the hotel to book with a credit card? Can it be deducted casually like this? And every payment is deducted in the early morning of the local time. It’s really too much! ! !

Next door to Belvedere Palace, good location. The breakfast can reach the standard of five-star standard, with rich varieties, providing self-service freshly squeezed orange juice and pomegranate juice. Cost-effective. The surrounding attractions are within walking distance.
