The location was really great, close to central station and supermarkets. We checked in at night and the staff was helpful. They have a mini kitchen in their room yet cookwares were not provided. When we consulted the front desk, we were told to pay €25 for a set of cookwares which include a number of unnecessary tools when all we needed was just a saucepan. The room was cosy and the environment was nice. They offered laundry and ironing services too. However, there were no doors for the bathroom.

It is located just beside the central station and it takes just a two-minute walk to any public transport. Services are fantastic and people there are friendly. Love our stay there.

Room was big and clean. Very near to the main train station which is a plus point especially if you do have a train reaching Vienna late at night. Apartment is a less than 5 minute walk away. There was cutlery, pots and pans, microwave and bowls and plates available for use during our stay as well. Staff were friendly as well. Strongly recommend for those looking to stay in Vienna.

The apartment is super convenient as it is located steps away from the Wien HBF. There are a lot of food options in the train station. The apartment is modern and clean and we like the space in the room.

Hotel is in a good location beside central train station but you will need to take metro or tram into the city center. No daily service for the room.

Very good stayed. It is an apartment lots of amenities is so near the train station so is very accustomed everywhere. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and big room. Overall are good however, the toilet shower area should have curtain so that the floor of other part of the toilet wont get wet. Yet, there is no cover on the toilet bowl, which I personally feel not so hygiene. Have stove but dont have pan, well i dont see the purpose. Other than that, they have nice bed and quiet place. Great location which near to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station).

Good location, just 3~4mins walk from Vienna main train station. You can also walk to places of interest, although some need to walk about 40 minutes. Overall, my family is very happy with the hotel.

Hotel is walking distance to wien hpf. With 2 supermarkets and shopping areas all withtin distance. Hotel is well equipped. Love the laundry system in the basement. Friendly service staffs and all ready to assist. Clean room and spacious for 3 of us. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Nearby the train, bus and tram station. It was really comfortable and clean. The cooking utensils are very well-prepared. Next time, I'm gonna stay here again.

The hotel location was awesome, only 5 mins away from the Vienna Hbf, and also accessible to buses and railways. The hotel room was nice and big as well

Location is great if you’re travelling by train. 15 mins to city centre by tram. It was our worst stay in any part of the world. We had two sleepless and sweaty nights as ac was not working in the room in middle of summer. I went to the front desk at 2 am to complain but they couldn’t do anything and promised to have technician fixed next day which wasn’t the case. Hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t offer us another room on day 2. They offered us 25% of room rate as compensation which was nothing for the harassment we had to go through.

The room was book for family suite hotel staff only provide 2 bath tower . As we requested 1st day ,but why after 2nd day room clean up process also provide 2 tower for 4pax. The air-condition unable to adjust cooler as I set to 18℃ / maximum fan speed 3 unable to feel the cool . However we have a pleasant stay at hotel. Thank you

Nice hotel but 11am check out is too early, they need to go for 12pm in this case
