The location of the hotel is really impeccable. The U4 subway station is a 2-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get in and out. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They are already familiar with the guests as soon as they arrive. All check-in information has been prepared and a map of Vienna is provided. The attitude is perfect💯 The front desk also provides 24-hour service, but I worry about not being able to find staff at night. The room is well-equipped and the toilet is clean and separated into wet and dry areas. Very comfortable. What’s commendable is that there are so many hangers! A two-person room can have at least 6-7 hangers per person! There are even two wardrobes and plenty of space for shelves. The room has a terrace and windows that can be opened and closed at any time. It is not afraid of being heated and there is no air leakage when closed. Only the plug locations are only on one side of the bed and under the TV. You have to open the curtains near the bed to find out. Breakfast is normal. There is not too much or too little food. The overall experience is full marks.

It's convenient because it's close to the station. However, the supermarket in the neighborhood closes early and doesn't have any substitutes for meals. It's different from Japanese convenience stores. There are no amenities, so please bring your own. The souvenir bags were thrown away during cleaning and the front desk didn't look for them even when I asked them. The service is the worst. There are no rooms with a bath, but in reality there are no rooms with a bath. Please be careful when making a reservation. Unlike in Japan, European hotels do not offer any services. Of course, it's different for luxury hotels. Please note that there are three power plugs. You cannot charge your phone unless you bring a converter.

Hotel with a great location, Vienna city center is easy to reach on foot. Rooms are functional, clean, internet/Wi-Fi is no problem. The only thing missing is a refrigerator (if you need one), but there are also apartments available to book.

Value for money in this hotel. Unfortunately the trigger in our bathroom was broken. This would also result in the first mold stains. The reception was informed on the first day, but during our short stay there was no repair. The breakfast is good! There is a little bit of space in front of the buffet, but it works.

The overall environment is good and the location is convenient

It's good considering that Vienna is very expensive, but it's a school dormitory, it's very well located and the breakfast is good.

Every feature was up to date and working perfectly such as the elevators, the bathroom water faucets and temperature even the television. The help came to clean the room everyday which was very good. The front desk help was young, very co-operative and ready to assist. The property deserves a 10.

The shower had hairs by arrival and the breakfast buffet food was partly ready made and partly not very fresh. No bottled water or fresh juice.

Hotel was decent for what I wanted. Just a bit unclean as there were some hairs in the bathroom. Beds comfortable. WiFi unreliable.

Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. Location was about a 20 minute walk to the Opernring (where the attractions really start). We were there during a cold week so the walk seemed a little unnecessary. Service was good, breakfast was excellent. There is a good market right next door but the hotel itself has no food or drink options after the breakfast ends at 10:00am. So if you get thirsty or hungry plan on a walk of at least five minutes and probably more like ten. No microwave or fridge in the rooms.

The atmosphere isn't great. There is nothing nearby once the store next door closes or on Sunday. Noisy if your room has street-side windows. Feels like a hospital, which is was many years ago.

Hotel is partially a student dorm, but this posed no issues. The breakfast was ample and tasty and the staff was attentive. My room had 2 twin beds, thankfully as on was missing 2 slats and gave in when I sat down. The other bed was fine and my stay went on without issue. Hotel allowed me to drop off bags before check in and even leave them after check out as I had a late flight. Would recommend!

Excellent! Room was clean, good shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets. Breakfast I thought wasVERY good. Bacon, eggs, fruit, cheeses, good cappuccino, juice and lots more. Good value great location!!
