Location is a bit far from city centre but the tram is just right outside the hotel. Free flow coffee and tea from 7am-10pm was nice! Friendly and helpful front desk!

The area and some streets around the hotel are under construction so the first time was very difficult to get there. The Uber drop is off at some point that we had to walk with the luggage for 15 min in the hot weather. So it was an awful experience. The staff was kind and offered drinks when we got there. My room didn’t have air conditioning so it was hot even though we had a stand ventilation.

Good location in Vienna. 5 stations with the tram to downtown shooping district at Schwedenplatz. Close proximity to highways getting to Praha. Nice Brazil 🇧🇷 themed hotel. All staff at least at the reception and bar are from Brazil.

Nice hotel. Friendly hotel staff. Big rooms. Recommended for everyone.

It is a bit far from the center, but the hotel is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very good, a bit lacking in kitchenware but otherwise perfect.

The tram station is located 1 minute away from the accommodation, so accessibility is not bad. However, it has the disadvantage of producing noise.

The room is big, the facilities are new, very good

The breakfast was delicious.
