The hotel is new, well located. we can park directly in front of The hotel. Workers are very politely and helpful, especially Rodrigo, who made our check-in very convenient and gave us good tips for traveling in Vienna. We will come again!

It is not within walking distance of the center of Vienna, but it is easy to get there by car. The area is quiet and there is a convenience store right across the street. Street parking is available right in front of the hotel. It is free on weekends and after 10pm.

We liked the hotel so much. It is a good location, safe, quiet, close to the metro. The facilities are modern. Room cleanliness was good. The comfortable room. And the service is very cordial.

Excellent new renovated hotel. The only drawback is the cleaning, the room was hardly cleaned. They only made the bed and did not always change the tea and coffee.

I booked 2 rooms at the Voco Prater Vienna - 18 - 23 August. On arrival the rooms were very clean and of a good size, however, we were all very disappointed with the following: * The bar was shut for the week, apparently due to staff shortages. * The restaurant was shut for the week, again apparently due to staff shortages. * The cooked element of Breakfast was poor, I have been in the catering industry and a chef for over 30 years and without having to substantiate everything, please take my word for it, it was poor. Croissants, continental and coffee etc was fine though. * Housekeeping. The room didn't get cleaned on 2 of the days we were there. Toilet rolls not replenished - we had to go to reception to ask for more and collect it ourselves later that night -seemed to difficult to deliver. Cups and saucers were not cleaned, coffee making facilities not replenished. Bathroom was not cleaned each day or towels replaced when needed, again we had to go to reception to collect some. It appeared that when the room was supposedly cleaned, all that was apparent to have been done was to have the quilts folded in half and placed back on the beds - pretty poor really, I'm sure the excuse would be staff shortages if we asked. It did de-tract somewhat of our stay in Vienna, and not worthy the 1500 euros we paid. All very quick and simple to sort, but obviously lacking an efficient management structure. On the whole very poor and not what I'd expect of IHG hotels. On the other hand, the following night we stayed in the Voco Manchester and it was absolutely excellent. Something is obviously going awry/adrift with the Voco Vienna. All in all I would have expected a better customer service from this site/Hotel.

Brilliant customer service, we predominantly dealt with Zohra who made our stay there relaxing even as parts of our trip were going horribly wrong! It was always a safe haven to go back to. Thank you Zohra! To add to that the room was lovely and quiet with great blackout blinds. Would stay again.

One Star Service, Except for Jonathan This hotel was a disappointment, with the only saving grace being a single staff member, Jonathan, at the reception desk. He was fantastic, but otherwise, the service was abysmal. Staff were practically nonexistent, and my requests, like a simple bedding change, were ignored. Early mornings were disrupted by loud housekeeping in nearby rooms. To top it all off, the rooms lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator. Unless you enjoy frustration and a lack of basic comforts, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Spacious bedroom (and bathroom!), excellent aircon, bracing shower, lots of storage space, good blackout curtains and, most importantly, quiet - an absolute must for me. Breakfast options were great; ended up not needing anything else until the evening. No USB ports, which I found surprising for what I believe is a relatively new hotel, but there were enough standard sockets (and I had a multi-USB converter, so no worries). The staff at reception and in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful (as an IHG member, I even received a little gift on check-in - a first for me!). And the price isn't bad either. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Stayed at this hotel for the Vienna Marathon. It was perfect. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. The reception staff including Jonathan G and Kiera were great people. Would definitely recommend.

As tourists in Vienna, we just spent 4 nights at this very nice property and enjoyed the stay. Our room was comfortable with an excellent queen size bed and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a full buffet. You can also ask for eggs cooked-to-order. Johanna and Katarina were delightful servers each morning. They always greeted us with warm smiles and provided great service. Rodrigo at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. Tourist travelers should note that this hotel is located in one of the Viennese neighborhoods outside the Inner City (tourist attractions). What does this mean: You will need to use the excellent public transportation which is a 5–6-minute walk from the hotel. It is also convenient to the subway line which serves the aeroport. There is a Billa supermarket right across the street from the hotel which was very convenient for buying extra water etc., however, none of the rooms have refrigerators. There is an authentic local pub called Donau Beisel one block away in the direction of the U-Bahn. We stopped off here several times for beers in their garden. There are also some nice restaurants a 6–7-minute walk away. All in all, a very nice and reasonable place to stay.

I chose this hotel because of its location. I had a meeting at the Vienna center across the Danube, and this was the closesthotel and affordable. It is right on the subway line, and although there are not many restaurants around the hotel, there are several within a 10 to 15 minute walk.it’s very clean, well run, very, very helpful staff… Nothing was too much trouble… A pretty good restaurant on site and very responsive whenever I had an issue via email. If you want to be in the heart of the inner city, then this might not be the best choice… But if you want to really good hotel, that is good value, and are OK with walking or taking the underground two or three stops… Then you really cannot go wrong.

A new, boutique hotel with modern finishes, large enough rooms, comfortable beds, quite room, large bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast. There is a small bar/lounge where you can have a relaxing drink. Popular with families and buisness travellers. Note no fridge in room.

Stayed here for one night recently whilst connecting. Chose it as part of IHG and it’s on subway like u1 and connects straight to the main railway station and also Into Stephensplatz for the heart of the city Although in a mainly residential area it is 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station and a 15 min walk to millennium city and 10 on train to a massive Westfield shopping centre but not much in the way of restaurants or bars nearby You can tell it’s been an old hotel done up and rebranded but the quality of the referb is first class , simple reception area with very helpful staff. Restaurant and bar just off of that and served a great breakfast with a really good selection Room was very tasteful and pretty big tv with some English channels and a really comfortable bed although only plug socket rather than usb beside bed The bathroom is the main area you could tell it had been an old hotel, pretty plain , same fittings and bath over shower. Although it was large I’d say this would be the only area the hotel could focus on to improve but I’d definitely recommend and would stay again even though it’s not right in the city centre

Amazing service, perfect breakfast and really comfortable beds. The people at the reception were really helpful and helped us with where to go to see the best attractions of the city. The ladies in the restaurant were really kind and welcoming and also the chef was amazing, his pancakes were something else!
