Hotel in posizione centrale (si arriva comodamente a piedi al centro storico e in 5 minuti ai musei principali), con fermata della metro U3 a pochi metri dall'ingresso. Camere spaziose e ben fornite. Personale cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

We booked a superior room which included bedroom, bathroom and lounge/office area - a lot of space which was wonderful and felt like a small apartment. Although the bathrooms could do with renovating, the beds are comfortable, there are blackout blinds, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. What more could you want? The Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently situated in a very long shopping street where there is everything you could need, and the U Bahn is below the shopping arcade in front of the hotel so that you can get anywhere you want. Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and all you could need.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem auch mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und die Lage ist perfekt für verschiedenste Ausflüge. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

La ubicación del hotel buena , el acceso al metro esta al lado. La atención de los recepcionistas pésima, mezclando alemán e ingles, y siendo una cadena de hoteles española, el español cero. La limpieza pésima, con cucarachas en el cuarto de baño. La cama solo doblaban el nórdico y la almohada ni la tocaban. Los desayunos de madrugadores no lo facilitan, y negándose a facilitarnos un café cuando el buffet estaba a punto de abrir.
