Good hotel but definitely not a 4* one. The TV was small and old, there was no kettle in the room for having tea or coffee.

Hotel decentrato ma comodamente servito dai mezzi. Colazione buona e varia, molto gentile il ragazzo Italiano che ci ha servito durante il nostro soggiorno. Unica pecca ma fondamentale le informazioni ricevute dalla Receptionist sono state completamente errate . La prima riguarda il Vienna Pass vendutoci al costo di euro 127 per pax con incluso i mezzi di trasporto (così specificato) ,peccato valido solo per bus hop hof . Questa imprecisione ci è costata ben 220 euro di multa in metro !!!!!! La seconda cosa sempre stessa Receptionist ci ha prenotato escursione battello Danubio peccato ci ha mandato ad un altro punto d'imbarco. Essendo da tutt'altra parte abbiamo perso l'escursione. In un 4 stelle in Reception occorre personale più qualificato e non improvvisato .

This hotel was better than we had expected. It was clean, basically but adequately furnished with thoughtful toiletry items provided (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shoe cleaner). Staff were friendly and helpful. Tram 44 stops just outside the hotel and this takes you to a main tram interchange which is just a ten fifteen/minute walk from main attractions such as Parliament, Hofburg, Rathaus etc. area. Cafe Central and cafe Lendtmann are also near this tram stop. The Subway is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. There are supermarkets, shops and bars in the area around the hotel but it’s not an area of particular interest or beauty! Good value for money.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel! Ottima pulizia, belle camere, personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere e a consigliare! Colazione buonissima, ogni giorno preparavo il waffel con un fornetto dedicato! Davanti all'hotel, la fermata del tram 44 che portava in centro in 10 minuti! Ne passava uno ogni 10 minuti ( la Domenica ogni 20).

Great hotel with trolley right outside that we used to get around. 5 stops to old Vienna. Price of room went down two days before trip, I emailed knowing too late to change, but got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast good. Only downside was wifi but twice a day went to lobby, problem solved
