A good hotel, but an empty room has only a TV and a shower in the bathroom, even the iron, you must order it from the reception and return it to them, and there is no phone in the room. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the rooms without air conditioning, the only goodness is close to the train station and there is a grocery at the bottom and the reception were at the top of the splendor. Unfortunately, the bed was making sounds when I raised the rank, I found that the base was broken and not well fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at Kyriad, very clean and well kept. Check-in was very quick and easy. The location is perfect and close to public transport. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Who needs mundane things like "health" and "well-being" when you can have an unforgettable, tummy-turning experience like this? I must say, your hotel really knows how to provide guests with an unforgettable culinary adventure. It's no wonder that the memories of your stay are still lingering with you. In fact, I'm sure you'll cherish this experience for a long, long time. After all, there's nothing quite like the gift of food poisoning to keep the memories alive. But hey, let's give credit where it's due. Your hotel has successfully achieved the rare feat of turning an ordinary breakfast into a daring game of gastrointestinal roulette. And for that, I commend them. Bravo!

Ok Staff service is very slow

Really nice hotel located near the Tscherttegasse station, kinda far from city centre, but a 10-15 minute commute takes you anywhere you please

Comfortable and silent, good stay

The bed is very comfortable

Our room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself. Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).

It's an old run down hotel with no AC and fan in the room. The carpet had so many stains. The water pressure in the toilet was good. About 10 minutes walk from S2 line and 4 minutes from U6

We had an amazing stay at Kyriad. Everything was at our highest expectations. Hope to comeback soon, ^^

Its a very very bad hotel having no basic facilities lime refrigerator air condition and the room is open with other rooms. There is no privacy. I will not recommend anyone and I have a very very bad experience
