the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel is within Vienna’s old town. Surrounded by historic landmarks, as well as highly rated restaurants, cafes, and bars, and shopping malls/stores,pharmacies etc. Rooms are quite small for deluxe type and quite old for the price.

One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Excellent location within 5mins walk to Stephansplatz and St. Stephen's Cathedral, historic center of Vienna and more. Great shopping places as well!

Wery good breakfast

Lovely building and very good service as soon as I arrived. Rooms are spacious and modern with floor boards rather than carpet. Rooms with bath tub are available. Lighting is good and sockets are well located for charging. Overall a good 5 star hotel at a reasonable price in Vienna!

The hotel is really nice and they have nice service

The location is great. You can walk to the main attractions. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and there are instant noodles. Two large bottles of water are given when you check in. The facilities are a little old, but this is basically the case for hotels in Europe.

The room is large and faces the street, which is very clean. You can walk to the surrounding attractions. There is a globe museum directly opposite the hotel, a subway station on the left, the Central Cafe on the right hand side of the hotel, the Hofburg on the left hand side, and the luxury street behind. You can basically reach them within 5 minutes.

Very good hotel, rich breakfast with good ingredients; it is only about 100 to 200 meters away from the Sissi Museum and the Hofburg Cathedral, and it is also good for shopping with many famous shops nearby.
