Cet hôtel est magnifiquement décoré, si bien que nous sommes immergés dans les années 30. Les lits sont confortables, l’ambiance feutrée et toujours teintée d’une légère musique d’ambiance propre à la période du music-hall, y compris dans les chambres. Le personnel est discret et courtois. Rien à dire. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, où l’on peut choisir chaque élément qui le compose. Les pancakes sont notamment très réussis ainsi que le porridge servi tiède en version « sweet ». En résumé, une parenthèse de douceur dans la ferveur du centre ville de Vienne et de la MariaHilfe.

We stayed at the hotel three nights and were very impressed with it. We received a warm welcome from reception and were able to check in a little earlier than the published time. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding. There is an atmospheric bar which opens at 8pm. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of two underground stations : very convenient for sightseeing.

Grand souci du détail, décoration parfaite, y compris le téléphone ancien, radio allumée dans la chambre à l’arrivée, ainsi que la lumière, déjeuner extraordinaire, balcon très appréciable au soleil. Seuls points faibles: la réception n’a aucune information sur les activités touristiques, la porte coulissante des toilettes ne permet pas d’intimité, et l’une des serveuses du petit déjeuner est vraiment désagréable . Exceptionnel: petit déjeuner et Check -out à midi !

A wonderful hotel in central Vienna. The decor, rooms and staff were all excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The breakfasts were amazing and the added bonus of Vienna’s best cocktail bar - Barflys - also being in the hotel made the place even better. We will definitely be back one day.

Hotel exceptionally clean, staff and attention to detail was perfect. Room was elegantly designed and silent, pillows the only problem, one too large, one too thin, both uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was superbly balanced and fulfilling. Hotel very close to the U3, and your in Vienna centre in 10 mins. Overall, we had a wonderful stay her and would certainly return, only negative as mentioned id the pillows.
