Great staff and they are extremely helpful, Hotel is pretty new and compact, good for just sleeping. Definitely recommend this place !

Amazing location, at the heart of Vienna. Right next to a metro and minutes walk away from st Stephendom and other famous restaurants and attractions. Check in was a bit slow due to their computers not working at the time.

Good location,near the subway station. Good service. Can borrow guitar connect to Marshall speaker in room. Get free drinks voucher if do not ask for room cleaning, we don’t know its in voucher form and we didn’t get the voucher from them until we ordered our drinks. The voucher should get it when checking in. So we actually paid for the drinks… overall is a good hotel.

I went to this hotel for a business trip, very satisfied with the price.

Very centrally located in the first district. Ok size room, bed could be a bit bigger. Very tasty breakfast and a 24-hour bar.

I completed the check in online beforehand so everything was really easy and our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 11.30am. We were told we had been upgraded to a bigger room, which was great as smaller would have been tight. The room was lovely and a lot of thought had gone into to space saving I’m just not sure how effective this was. The sink is in the main room as the toilet and shower are interlinked glass units, so there is no actual “bathroom” which is fine but it means the area around the sink becomes messy with things that are normally out of sight. Also I’d have concerns over the long term use of these surfaces as these aren’t tiled, wood panelling will not wear as well, but it was all lovely while I was there. Our room was next to the cleaners room so every morning were woken at 7am by the lovely ladies getting together and chatting. Apart from our last morning when we were woken at 5am by work on the roof. We were told the water was going to be off for an hour from 5am to 6am, which was a problem but the noise was, it was our last morning there and we’re looking forward to a relaxed lie in and staying in the room Until check out, this didn’t happen, which was disappointing. Also it would have been nice to be told when booking that the roof top was still being constructed 1) so I knew we couldn’t use it and 2) because of the ongoing work we experienced. Other than all good, good breakfast and a great location.
